We are developing a module that requires an ATMEGA2560 to handle the Shield LoRa of which several tens are available in the last adquisition to Coocking Hacks.

When compiling for the ATMEGA2560 the code does not generate errors, which is working correctly on the Arduino Uno. But the problem is generated in the execution of the when done on the ATMEGA2560 does not detect the LoRa module and generates the typical "1" when the activation commands of the LoRA module are executed, for example:

e = sx1272.ON();
Serial.println(e, DEC);
e |= sx1272.setMode(1);
...

Are you using the multiprotocol shield to attach the LoRa module to Arduino?

How you connected the module to the Arduino mega?

We have tested the LoRa module over Arduino UNO and multiprotocol shield.

Thank you very much for your attention.

We are using the Shield Multiprotocol for Arduino. The first connection is made between this shield and the Arduino Mega 2560 direct connection is being made, that is, placing directly the shield over the board of the Atmega 2560, as it is done between the shield and the Arduino Uno.

The problem is that after executing the code on the Atmega 2560, the character 1 is received as a response and not 0 which indicates that the microcontroller is recognizing the LoRa module.

Hi,

The Arduino Mega has the I2C pins located in different position that Arduino UNO. So you need to wire the pins to the correct positions if you want to use Arduino Mega with Multiprotocol shield.
