 Post subject: e-Health sensors with custom microcontroller

Hello. Is it possible to get some specification or communication protocols description (i.e. what signals on which pins should be sent to and received from sensors to get data values) so that I'll be able to connect e-Health sensors to my own microcontroller (let's say Arduino or STM) without any middleware?
