Hello again,
I am attempting to save the readings from the SPO2 sensor and using the arduino ethernet shield, transfer these readings to a database. The sensor is fully operational using the example code provided from the cooking hacks website; what code could I write so the values appear on the arduino sketch as well as the sensor? As I am struggling to find where the values are being saved before being printed on the pulse oximeter's LED screen.
Regards.

Good afternoon,

Thank you and that is ok, but do you know how and where the measurements are saved before they are displayed onto the LED screen. Are the calculations being done in the ehealth library or is there another string of code?

Regards.

Hopefully I can clear the query up a bit, I think I see that the values for SPO2 are being stored in the library as

Code:
//! Returns the oxygen saturation in blood in percent.
      /*!
      \param void
      \return int : The oxygen saturation value. Normal values betwen 95-99%
      */   int getOxygenSaturation(void);;

This code is in the eHealth library, I am looking too have this integer value for oxygen saturation appear on the serial monitor.

Thanks again in advance.

Hello topping25,

as you can check in our tutorial you can extract these variables from these functions, for example:

Code:
int SPO2 = eHealth.getOxygenSaturation();
int BPM = eHealth.getBPM();
