Hello annabella,

we recommend you using our library arduPi
http://www.cooking-hacks.com/documentation/tutorials/raspberry-pi-to-arduino-shields-connection-bridge#step4

You can use the UART with Serial.print().

Hello annabella,

yes of course, in this tutorial you have some examples:
http://www.cooking-hacks.com/documentat ... ion-bridge

In point 6.ADC you have an example for read de analogic to digital converters. To use the UART you can use the Serial library.
