Good Evening,

sorry for the late response, but the problem was on the tube. I have open the red cap, and I see that it was broken.

The buyer that sell me the product send me another one, and now it work.

Only two things :

The uranium glass should be placed under an UV lamp?
I've see the video on you tube, but the buzzer sounds continuosly, it's normal?


Now, how i can read Alpha radiotion?

It is no normal tu charge it, We use them constantly and we have never charge them.
