Hi antonellalombard,

Can you show us the "stranger character"?

Are you using the correct baudrate?

Regards

Have you seen that you have got the "hex output" activated?

That characters are the messages in hex format.

It is working correctly.

Regards.

Hi antonellalombard,

You can put te "char delay" to 0 ms to try if it work correctly.

But, we see that you don't receive the correct data in ASCII, it seems like the gateway is sending you some message in a different baudrate.

You said that "you don't send it a message", that's a problem and it seems like you have uploaded a sketch to the microcontroller of the gateway and you have erase the original memory of the hardware. Without this original memory, you can't communicate with a LoRa module.

Can you confirm me this?

Thanks.

Regards

I try with 0 ms, but the problem is the same.
Yes, I have uploaded a sketch on the mirocrontroller of the gateway with Arduino, to try if it works correctly .

Regards

Hi antonellalombard

If you have uploaded a code to the gateway microcontroller, you have erased the original code and It won't work.

Please fill in the RMA form pointing this topic we will send you the info to restore your gateway.

Thanks.
