Hi sandra,

How much is "a small range".

Have you got building between the two modules? Where do you put them?

Thanks.

Regards

its just about 5m.I tested in a closed room.Following is the configuration settings:
Code:
void setup()
{
  e = sx1272.ON();
  e = sx1272.setMode(1);
  e = sx1272.setHeaderON();
  e = sx1272.setChannel(CH_12_868);
  e = sx1272.setCRC_ON();
  e = sx1272.setPower('M');
  e = sx1272.setNodeAddress(3);
  delay(1000);
}

Also I tested the same between two rooms separated a closed room ,sttill I'am getting very low range or not connecting.Are there any mistake in configuration.please reply

I have similar problem so I would like to continue the topic.
My set up is two raspberry3 LoRaWAN 868/433 rn2483 xbee socket.

I am trying to do in p2p mode.
In my home (under 30 m) it works very good. But my tests which are 2.46 Km, 750m and 200m I had no connection at all.

I did run test samples by cooking hacks.
LoRaWAN_P2P_02_send_packets.cpp
LoRaWAN_P2P_03_receive_packets.cpp

I did also run my similar scripts too but there were no connection at all

Hello TalhaAkkas,

please open a new thread, your problem is different beacause you are using LoRaWAN rn2483, and not LoRa SX1272.

Please Sandra, could you upload some photos of your hardware configuration and a photo where we can see the LoRa modules top side? are you using antennas? Could you try with other modes? For example:
Code:
e = sx1272.setMode(4);

Remember to change it in all your nodes.

Regards
