Dear all,

I'm planning on using the MySignals GSR sensor for an upcoming experiment. Problem is that my participants will be driving in a simulator, and this may interfere with the signal, given that the two GSR sensors are placed on the participant's fingers.
I was wondering, could the sensors be placed somewhere else, such as on the participant's wrist? In general, do you think that holding a steering wheel will mess up the data?

In the past I measured GSR through an Empatica E4 wrist band, but I'm not a big fan of it. I hope that MySignals will allow more precise measurements.

Hi Walker,

The GSR just measure the resistance between two points. We always tested the sensor in the fingers although it should work in other parts of the body but the result will be different due to the sweaty difference between the body parts.
