Discover the project:

OpenCuriosity is an open source ExoMars Rover build with arduino as main controller, based on the well-know NASA Curiosity space vehicle.

The rover that the team has prepared contains a complete set of Arduino boards and sensors. The project tries to follow the footsteps of ArduSat - created a couple of months ago by the startup Nanosatisfi LLC, trying to democratize access to space! The people behind OpenCuriosity fight for opening the doors to a new era of space open source hardware developments.

You can read more about the project in the official spaceappschallenge.org website, but you can get a good idea of what this project is watching this video.
