e-Health Platform. Top 20 finalist in James Dyson Award 2013.October 11, 2013

The James Dyson Award is an international design award that celebrates, encourages and inspires the next generation of design engineers. It’s run by the James Dyson Foundation, James Dyson’s charitable trust, as part of its mission to inspire young people about design engineering.

Right now, you can view the top 20 entries. Very interesting projects are awaiting for the final result. James Dyson will name the International winner on the 8th of November.

We participate in this award with our e-Health Sensor Platform, and now it is one of the 20 finalist. It has been designed in order to help researchers, developers, artists and other people to measure biometric sensor data for experimentation, fun and test purposes.  We want to give people the necessary tools in order to develop new e-Health applications and products as a quick proof of concept and the basis of a new era of open source medical products.

Good luck to all contestants!
