Geolocation Tracker (GPRS + GPS)
with SIM908 over
Arduino and Raspberry Pi
Geolocation Tracker (GPRS + GPS) integrates the SIM908 module which counts with both GPRS and GPS technologies what allows to easily perform realtime tracking applications. The idea is simple: read the GPS coordinates (longitude and latitude) and send them by using a HTTP request to a web server. Then use a browser to load the PHP webpage which uses Googlemaps to show the location in realtime.
Control your Infrared Devices from the Internet with

e-Health Sensor Platform for Arduino and Raspberry Pi
The e-Health Sensor Shield allows Arduino and Raspberry Pi users to perform biometric and medical applications where body monitoring is needed by using 9 different sensors: pulse, oxygen in blood (SPO2), airflow (breathing), body temperature, electrocardiogram (ECG), glucometer, galvanic skin response (GSR - sweating), blood pressure (sphygmomanometer) and patient position (accelerometer).
Waspmote - Wireless Sensor Networks
Waspmote is an open source wireless sensor platform specially focused on the implementation of low consumption modes to allow the sensor nodes ("motes") to be completely autonomous and battery powered, offering a variable lifetime between 1 and 5 years depending on the duty cycle and the radio used.
Bluetooth Extreme USB Dongle
Bluetooth Extreme has been designed to make high performance and massive Bluetooth connections as it allows to discover up to 250 devices in a certain area, and to perform long range connections with them (up to 200m depending on line of sight conditions). It works in Linux, Windows and MacOS.
Bluetooth module PRO for Arduino
This tutorial describes some features of Bluetooth module PRO for Arduino which has been mainly designed to discover high amount of bluetooth devices in a variable area. Besides that, connection processes between two bluetooth modules are shown.
GPRS/GSM Quadband Module for Arduino Tutorial (SIM900)
The board (shield) we are going to use in this tutorial is the GPRS/GSM Quadband Module for Arduino (SIM900) from Cooking hacks.
The GPRS shield is fully compatible with old Arduino USB versions, Duemilanove and Mega.
New 3G + GPS shield for Arduino
The new 3G shield for Arduino enables the connectivity to high speed WCDMA and HSPA cellular networks in order to make possible the creation of the next level of worldwide interactivity projects inside the new "Internet of Things" era.
RFID 13.56 MHz/NFC Module for Arduino
RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is a technology that uses electromagnetic fields to identify objects in a contactless way; it is also called proximity identification.
There are 2 elements in RFID communications: the RFID module (or reader/writer device) and an RFID card (or tag).
GPRS Quadband Module for Arduino
GPRS Quadband Module for Arduino offers GPRS connection to your Arduino board. It includes the HiLo SAGEM communication module.
You can send your data by SMS or do missed calls from your Arduino to mobile devices... or to another Arduino connected to this module.
Wifi Module for Arduino 'Roving RN-XVee'
In this tutorial we are going to introduce the use of ARDUINO with WiFi. We will use the WiFi Module Roving RN-171. This module fits in the XBee socket of our Communication Shield and allows to connect your Arduino shield to a WiFi network.
Geiger Counter - Radiation Sensor Board for Arduino
The main finality of the Radiation Sensor Board for Arduino is to help people in Japan to measure the levels of radiation in their everyday life after the unfortunate earthquake and tsunami struck Japan in March 2011 and cause the nuclear radiation leakages in Fukushima. We want to give the chance to measure by themselves this levels instead of trusting in the general advises which are being broadcasted. The usage of this sensor board along with the affordable and easy to use Arduino platform helps people to get radiation values from specific places.
GPS Module for Arduino
The GPS module for Arduino is a small electronic circuit that allows to connect to your Arduino board to get position and altitude, as well as speed, date and time on UTC (Universal Time Coordinated). It uses the standard NMEA protocol (http://www.nmea.org) to transmit the position data via serial port.
14. Arduino XBee Shield
The Arduino Xbee shield allows your Arduino board to communicate wirelessly using Zigbee. It was developed in collaboration with Arduino. This documentation describes the use of the shield with the XBee module.
Bluetooth Module for Arduino
Bluetooth Module for Arduino is able to be plugged into the XBee Shield and get a serial communication between the computer and an Arduino board through Bluetooth protocol.
RFID Module for Arduino
RFID Module for Arduino can be connected to Arduino using a XBee shield and will communicate it using the Arduino serial port (UART).
Quadband Mobile Navigator - Arduino Pack
In this tutorial we are going to introduce the use of ARDUINO with GPRS and GPS. We will use the Quadband Mobile Navigator - Arduino Pack. This pack includes almost all the ingredients neccesary for this proyect. This small example will let you to know the possition of any arduino board and send this data through GPRS.
Deluxe - Arduino Pack
In this tutorial we are going to introduce the use of ARDUINO with XBEE and GPS. We will use the Deluxe - Arduino Pack (802.15.4 Version). This pack includes almost all the ingredients neccesary for this proyect. You will need to add some small wires and an Internal GPS Antenna.
microSD Module for Arduino
With this microSD Module for Arduino , we add a really big amount of data storing space. This module lets us plug a microSD card (Standard Flash memmory card) and write / read data in it.
The main idea of this module is that an Arduino with this SD "expansion" is able to store a big amount of data.
