Unable to upgrade firmware on GPRS module

ohhh,

unable to run my gprs shield uptil now, want to upgrade my modules firmware.

can update from usb cable ( i am using uno where is the dtr pin? )

please tel me how to upgrade it using serial cable.

there are some serious issues with your gprs shield design please check them out.

No need to update the firmware of our gprs to run it.

If you are interested in update your modules firmware you could find an example in this link:

You can tell us any issues you find on our products.

i already discussed that prob here, my modem stops responding with (.) dot sign after 10 sec, and when sim removed it responds fine to at commands, i have added a capacitor even checkd it with 2A 12V power supply

Hello tauxeef,

Have you connected the electrolytic capacitor between 3.3V and GND?

Send me a photo of how you are connecting the GPRS module please.
